Thank Evans' For Little Girls...

Well...Layla really enjoyed her first Thanksgiving. She spent it with the Evans side of the family. She enjoys hanging out with her cousins, Tyler and Trevor, as well as Auntie Tiffany and Uncle Kevin. And of course she can't get enough of her Ahma and Papa because she knows she'll be spoiled. (It's already started!) After everyone stuffed themselves it was off to the Bay Area for Great Grandma and Grandpa Stodden's 60th Anniversary. She again had a blast seeing everyone from Denise's side of the family. I think everyone got their turn holding her. She was such the little angel on the car ride down there and back. Denise was my director of photography with the video camera during the driving parts of the trip and I should have that video up for you all this weekend.

Layla is getting some pretty good rolls on her legs and arms so we know she is getting the nourishment she needs. She is learning to laugh out loud and has started figuring out that she can grab onto things. She doesn't quite know what to do once she gets a hold but it's funny to watch. She even grabs a hold of the cat now and then. It seems to freak Cassie out...which is great to watch. She's not a smart cat. (There is one pic of Denise and I without her in it. It was cold outside and she was passed out asleep.)
